Subscribe by the 19th to get this month's box!
We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a refund via email because refunds are processed manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back into your card.
All sales for 3, 6, 12 month term subscriptions are a FINAL SALE beyond the 24 hour period of placing your order. We do not honor partial refunds once you have subscribed to one of our pre-paid "BUY MORE, SAVE MORE" multiple month programs. You may cancel re-newals at any time, however, monthly boxes will be delivered until the remainder of the subscription term.
We want you to be 100% happy with your box. If you've received your box, but are unsatisfied, we're happy to accept a return of the full My Twee Box, in exchange for store credit (less shipping costs) if you email us within 7 days of receiving your box.
We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 7 days upon receipt of box, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
